Molly rogers • Violin

Molly Rogers was born and raised in Frankfort, Kentucky. She studied at the preparatory department at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and continued at the Cleveland Institute of Music. She has since performed in over 25 different countries and has worked for a wide range of artists including David Foster, Adele, ‪Kendrick Lamar‬, Journey, ODESZA, Andra Day, Shawn Mendes, Miley Cyrus, Portugal. the Man, Kamasi Washington, and many others, including a spot on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden (featuring Kelly Clarkson). She has been a part of several tours, most notably as a violin soloist for ‪”Hans Zimmer‬ Live” as well the solo violinist/violist and additional vocalist for the “Game of Thrones Live ft. Ramin Djawadi”.

 

Michelle shin • violin

Violinist and educator Michelle Shin was raised in New York and started her education in Juilliard Pre-College. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, and obtained her Master’s degree as well as Artist Diploma in Colburn Conservatory. Her teachers include Hyeon Seok Shin, Masao Kawasaki, Stefan Milenkovich, Victor Danchenko, and Martin Beaver, as well as mentors within the renowned active string quartets including the likes of the Brentano, Dover, and Takács quartets. Ms. Shin is currently building her name as a teacher of many students who are seeing great success in their budding careers as young artists. Their achievements include first prizes of international competitions that bring performance opportunities in venues such as Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall. She frequently plays with the Pasadena Symphony, is on faculty at Crossroads Elementary School in Santa Monica, St. James Episcopal School in Los Angeles, Logos Academy in Pasadena, and has led This Ability Orchestra, an inclusion orchestra based in Los Angeles. She has recently played for Smokey Robinson at Stagecoach 2022, and will be on tour with Panic at the Disco for their Viva Las Vengeance Tour. 

 

Kiara ana Perico • viola

Kiara Ana Perico is a violist and violinist based in Los Angeles. She has toured nationally with Adele, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Bleu, Air Traffic Controller and Vinnie Ferra and internationally with Ariana Grande and Yoshiki of X-Japan. Kiara has also played live with artists including Justin Bieber, David Foster, Josh Groban, X Japan, Richard Marx, Kenny Loggins, Eric Benet, Alexz Johnson, Ty Taylor, Adam Pascal, Rumer Willis and Marco Antonio Solis. She has recorded for inspiring artists like John Oates, Chris Mann, Robert DeLong, Steel Panther, Megan and Liz, Bleu, Helen Austin, Linus of Hollywood, Kato and the Ellis Allis and Kelley Jackle. Kiara enjoys playing intimate venues as well as world-class arenas, as long as she’s surrounded by inspiring musicians and great friends. Kiara holds her Bachelors of Viola Performance from Boston University’s School of Music.

 

leah metzler • cello

 Leah Metzler is an active performer and recording artist as both a solo and orchestral player. Her work can be heard on the scores of numerous movies, television series, albums, and commercials. Leah’s musical career has included concerts throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, The Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. In 2018-2019 she was on the “Pray for the Wicked Tour” with Panic! at the Disco. She has had the pleasure to work with artists such as Lady Gaga, The Eagles, Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra, Stevie Wonder, John Williams, Kygo, The Wu Tang Clan, Marilyn Manson, Andrea Bocelli, David Foster, Alan Silvestri, Deltron 3030, Pete Tong, Cold War Kids, John Debney, Danny Elfman, Bruce Broughton, Alien Ant Farm, Yoshiki, X Japan, Meg Myers, Brian Wilson, and Frank Ocean. Leah holds her B.M. in cello performance from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music where she studied with cellist Darrett Adkins. She received her M.M. in cello performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she studied with former member of the Kronos Quartet Jennifer Culp.
